Please note that the Transfez Service Agreement and Privacy Policy agreed to by you apply to your participation in the referral program. These program terms and conditions (“Agreement”) supplement the Transfez Service Agreement and Privacy Policy. Please consult the Transfez Service Agreement and Privacy Policy before agreeing to these additional terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before you participate in Transfez Referral Program. By using Transfez Referral Program, you confirm that you accept this Agreement and that you agree to comply with it. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must not use Transfez Referral Program.

General

1. Promoter

Promoter of the Transfez Referral Program (“Program”) is PT. Indo Koala Remittance, incorporated in Indonesia under company number 9120007790231 and whose registered office is at Jl. Casablanca Raya Kav.88, Prudential Centre Lt. 22, RT.14/RW.5, Menteng Dalam, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12870, Jakarta Selatan (“Transfez”).

2. Acceptance of key conditions

By participating in the Program, you as existing customers of Transfez (“Referrers”) and your friends that you refer (“Referred Friends”) are deemed to accept the following key conditions.

3. Eligibility

You must be an existing Transfez customer. Referred Friends must not have already signed up to Transfez or an existing customer that has not made any transaction using Transfez. The program is open to Referrers and Referred Friends who are over 17s only. Each Referred Friend shall only make Qualifying Transaction from a bank account under their name. Transfez reserves the right to verify Referrers and Referred Friends and require proof of eligibility.

4. Reward

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Transfez shall pay a “Reward” to your personal bank account if you meet the Program requirements (as in force at that time). Learn about how the Program works, including how many friends you need to invite.

The referrer will get 50.000 Points (1 point worth Rp1) as a Reward for every user who uses their code on their first transaction of minimum Rp3.500.000. Note that this total value is subject to change. The Qualifying Transaction must be done via Transfez App, and the Referred Friend must complete the transaction before Referrer can receive the Reward. The Referred Friends will get a 2x free transaction fee vouchers after using the referral code.

5. Qualifying Transaction

A Qualifying Transaction is a first transaction with a minimum amount of Rp3.500.000 from Indonesia to any available country. Note that this total value is subject to change. The Qualifying Transaction must be done via Transfez App, and the Referred Friend must complete the transaction before Referrer can receive the Reward. Only the first transaction that met the minimum amount counts as a qualifying transaction per referred friend.

Transfez Referral Program

Inviting friends is the key of this Program. The more people joined, the more you can earn.

1. Get money when you invite a friend

You will get 50.000 Points as a Reward for every user who uses your code on their first transaction of minimum Rp3.500.000 from Indonesia to any available country. The Referred Friends will get a 2x free transaction fee vouchers after using the referral code.

That’s it! Start inviting your friends and earn your rewards!

2. Duration

Your referral code will be automatically activated once your account has been verified and you have made 1 completed transaction using Transfez App. There is no limit on the number of friends you can share the referral code with or number of Rewards that can be earned by you. Rewards will only be earned in relation to successful Qualifying Transaction by Referred Friends, regardless of when the referral code was shared.

3. Sharing the Referral Code

Referral code should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral code should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia) or social media. Referrers are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing or texting, messaging people you don’t know, or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute referral code. Referrers are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral code. Any violations will cancel the Reward.

4. How do I invite friends?

Inviting friends is easy. You just need to share your code to a friend and they can use your unique referral code when they sign up to Transfez or from the Referral Page as long as your friend has never used any referral code. Your referral code can be found on the Referral Page in the Transfez App.

Remember, for your invites to count, your friends need to sign up and make a Qualifying Transaction. Your friends will get a voucher of 2x free transaction fee after they use your referral code.

5. Qualification for Reward – Referrer

For a Referrer to qualify for a Reward, your Referred Friend must complete the Qualifying Transaction. If the Referred Friend makes a first transaction with less than the minimum amount, the transaction fee will still be free, but won’t be counted toward your referral Reward. If at any point in the future, they complete a single transaction that counts as a Qualifying Transaction, they will be included in your list of successful invites, counting towards your Reward. Please note that the minimum amount is not cumulative and must be made in a single transaction to count as a successful invite. You may need to verify your identity before we can pay out your Reward.

6. Qualification for Reward – Referee (Referred Friend)

A Referred Friend who meets the Eligibility criteria will be rewarded a 2x free transaction fee voucher. Free transaction fee voucher for Referred Friend will be automatically received after Referred Friend signed up in Transfez App using a referral code. Reward can only be received once and it is valid for 6 months upon registration.

7. Multiple Rewards for Referrers

A Referrer can earn the Reward multiple times. If you successfully receive your first Reward, you can still receive more after you successfully invited more people who make the Qualifying Transaction. Just invite more friends and receive more Rewards.

8. Multiple Referrals

A Referred Friend may only use one referral code. If they receive a referral code from multiple Referrers, they can only use one code to receive a Reward (voucher) and only the Referrer whose code is used is eligible to earn Reward (50.000 points).

9. One referral code per one Recipient

One referral code can only be used to make Qualifying Transactions to 1 (one) recipient. If several Referred Friends use the same referral code to make Qualifying Transactions to the same recipient, then only one transaction will be counted as Qualifying Transaction for the Referrer to earn Reward.

10. Referrer cannot be the recipient

It will not count as an Eligible Transaction if the Referrer is the Recipient of the transaction. This can be classified as Prohibited Use

11. Notification

You will get a notification in the Referral Page in the Transfez app once a Referred Friend has signed up and another notification for when a Referred Friend has completed the Qualifying Transaction. However, in accordance with the terms of Termination and Amendment number 2 and other relevant provisions in the Referral Program Terms and Conditions, Transfez has the absolute authority to remove the Prize, change the notification, or do other things that are necessary if a violation is found.

12. Reward Claiming

Reward Points that you earned can only be redeemed via Transfez application under the Referral page. You can claim the Reward Points after your Referred Friend completed Qualifying Transaction with Transfez. Once earned, you can create a reward claim in the Referral page on Transfez Apps.

Reward Points of the Referral Program can be converted into two types; Cash out or Transaction Voucher

1. Cash Out
   • 1 point is worth Rp1
   • If the Referrer chooses Cash out, Transfez will verify the transaction and transfer the Reward in maximum 2x24 of business hour after verified
   • Referrers can cash out Referral Rewards with a minimum of 100.000 points. (Rp100.000)
   • Cashed out Reward will be transferred to your preferred bank account.
2. Transaction Voucher
   • Referrers can choose to convert the Reward to a transaction fee voucher.
   • 1 point is worth Rp1
   • 3 available vouchers: Rp50.000, Rp75.000, Rp100.000.
   • The voucher will appear on the Promo Page. Vouchers can expire after 6 months from the convert date.

Prohibited Usage

You may only use our Program in good faith for lawful purposes. You may not:

1. Invite others that have created duplicate accounts;
2. Invite others to make transactions to escrow accounts in other countries, including and not limited to virtual accounts issued by overseas financial technology companies and banks, to get referral bonuses.
3. Create more than one account in order to invite yourself;
4. Invite fictitious persons;
5. Use alternative contact information to refer yourself or others that have created duplicate accounts;
6. Invite an existing customer of Transfez;
7. Do anything that damages Transfez’s brand, goodwill or reputations;
8. Make fake payments;
9. Use the Program in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation or any way that is unlawful of fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
10. to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising either via paid search or any other similar activity, including channels that can damage the Transfez brand, goodwill, or reputation; or
11. to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).

We further emphasize that along with adhering to the list of prohibited actions for our users, it is also your responsibility not to allow these actions to be done by others.

Identification Documents

1. Transfez may require identification documents from you prior to paying the Reward.
2. Transfez shall not be in breach of this Agreement (nor have any obligation to pay you a Reward) if you do not (in Transfez’s sole and absolute discretion) provide the identification documents requested by Transfez.

Data Protection

You represent and warrant to us that you have obtained the express consent from the individuals whose data you provide us with.

Termination and Changes

1. Transfez may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.
2. Transfez reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove Reward (in its sole and absolute discretion) if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of Transfez Service Agreement and Privacy Policy
3. Transfez reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate. When a breach of this Agreement has occurred, Transfez may take such action as we deem appropriate, including (but not limited to) termination of this Agreement, closing your account(s), closing third party account(s) and suspending the Program.
4. Transfez reserves the right to modify the referral program or offer at any time. By continuing to invite friends after an update to the terms, you are indicating that you are accepting them.

Limitation of Liability

Transfez accepts no liability for any use of the Program which does not comply with this Agreement.

Terms Update

1. Transfez can update (amend, alter, or change) these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. In case of any changes made to the terms, Transfez will communicate about the modification on our website and application, and through the registered email in Transfez platform in which the changes upon these terms are effective upon communicated.
3. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
4. Transfez reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time, without notice. In the event the Program is terminated, Transfez will not be obliged to credit any accounts that would have otherwise qualified for Reward.

Applicable Law

1. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Indonesia.
2. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of Indonesia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
